Step One: Relax and Release
As long as your muscles stay tight, they absorb mounds of physical and mental energy. The release of this energy can be realized by stretching your body through the entire length and dissolving all the muscles to be relaxed
Sit down on your feet and close your eyes
Take three slow and deep breaths, and then take your time to breathe out with ease, feeling the air go in and out of your body. The joy of unwinding should be experienced as you do this
First, address the groups of your body, such as your arms, hands, shoulders, upper and lower back, and then your thigh and leg muscles, and tighten their muscles significantly, then relax by taking a deep breath and letting go.
In between taking a deep breath, whisper down the word "release" to yourself, then slowly take another breath and repeat the word until you find yourself letting go of all those worries, fears, and thoughts.
Do it so repetitiously that you are silent and you just feel at peace and of course, your mind is free of any conscious thoughts. Such a state would give rise to an open and ready person.
Step Two: Connect and Listen
Because the mind has to change from something, according to the meditation of this stage, the participation of this act causes the thinking of the conscious mind to stop. It is becoming aware of the thoughts that are always going back and forth in your memory of either the past or the future, or simply just the present moment, but your conscious mind is never present because it is absorbed in your inner world. This is also a very essential step to meditation, as this is the opening of the channel to your creative self, who is constantly generating powerful energy and thus dissolving the limitations of physical matter.
Is there any need or trouble bothering you and you are looking for the answer to it? Just go ahead and make the need known. After doing that relax your powers of thinking. Creating a mental image and operating as a radar screen should become to you and trust that you will be intuitive and receive guidance on which to meditate
Through repetition and practice, at some point you will look back and discover that you have been intuitive. Strong impulse alert: Your body will want to do something or contact someone. That is the signal.
Be trusting and walk this path. It will never be wrong to use our intuition (because the hearth of knowledge source runs through your subconscious mind)
Do not discard ideas and impulses just because they do not offer you an immediate rational explanation of why or why not. Rather, move by what is advised to you.
If Invited to go somewhere or meet somebody, but trust your subconscious mind. Just listen, accept & follow that intuition; if need be, leave something or someone.
Step Three: Visualize and Affirm
Give yourself a handful of moments and envision, now affirm about what you want to be do have in your life! When you repeat certain words with confidence and more conviction the more it will be in agreement with your imagination.
If you can see yourself in my mind (and so, literally, you have chaptered this around as if for real); be as clear as possible with your imagination. Not just see them feel them. The sooner you can begin making them real as long as you can imagine.
Support the images with affirmations or a positive statement that you want!
And last but not the least, pray to God in heart. This will help you to realise the conscious fact that desires radiating to fulfill.
